Charming Stay with Great Views

The hotel's location is amazing with views overlooking the lake. The staff was very accommodating with a shuttle to the train station. The free shuttle service to the train station was a great bonus and exceeded my expectations I was charmed by it.
The room got uncomfortably warm. I would have liked to control the temperature myself. More signage to show the hotel entrance would be helpful to reduce confusion on arrival.

Breakfast offered many different options to select from and was quite good. The restaurant provides gorgeous views overlooking the lake during meal times I found so charming.

The staff was cute and helpful with our luggage. The bartender really knew his whiskeys and provided great recommendations I really enjoyed.

My visit was nice. The complimentary hiking backpack and binoculars were a thoughtful addition. I found the views fine from my room, overlooking the lake. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station.
I found the hallways had a slightly musty smell. However this was very minor.

The hotel provides complimentary toiletries and cozy bathrobes. Guests can choose from a selection of six pillow types for optimal comfort. A makeup mirror offers added convenience for personal grooming in the room. There are good possibilities to hang your clothes in the bathroom and in the room.

The staff was helpful and very kind . The free shuttle service to and from the train station proved particularly useful. Annamaria at reception promptly arranged a better room. I really liked that service was very efficient.

i was totally blown away by the views right on the lake and the surrounding mountains! it was such an easy walk to the bahnhof. the half-board dinners were a total steal , i am so glad i booked them. the hotel shuttle made getting to the gondola and train station super easy , it saved me so much hassle!
i noticed a little dust on the lampshade , but it was barely noticeable.

the hotel location was convenient , it was close to the train station. i found many shops and restaurants within walking distance , it was easy to explore. the views of the lake and town from the terrace were lovely , i enjoyed them every day.

The location was acceptable. It was close to the train station.
The room I booked (a Double Room) did not match the photos online. It felt much smaller in person. I also found the noise from the kitchen, especially the clanging of dishes and silverware, very disturbing. I reported the disturbance, but I received a nonchalant apology without further action.

The breakfast was super complete I really enjoyed it. The room was modern and renovated the bathroom had a shower with great pressure. The hotel is close to the train station but it is uphill if you arrive with luggage.
The room was very warm I couldn't cool it down. The mattresses were very soft almost uncomfortable the pillows were very low. The room was not the one I requested based on the photos I saw.
